Lucie Wu

Lucie Wu is pursuing a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at UCLA with a concentration in Environmental Analysis and Policy. Some of her interests within urban planning include transportation and public transit, as well as food, waste, and water systems. This past year, she has worked on sustainability initiatives at Metrolink and air quality projects at Environmental Science Associates.
Previously, she worked in user experience design and research at IBM and Allbirds in San Francisco. She holds a BA in Psychology and MS in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington where she worked on projects such as designing for the impact of autonomous vehicles on health outcomes. She hopes to marry her previous background in design with environmental policy.
